{"id":88,"date":"2010-01-24T13:56:53","date_gmt":"2010-01-24T17:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fitness-toolkit.com\/?p=109"},"modified":"2010-01-24T13:56:53","modified_gmt":"2010-01-24T17:56:53","slug":"40-weeks-and-counting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/?p=88","title":{"rendered":"40 Weeks and Counting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s now just 40 weeks until the <a title=\"Ironman 70.3 Miami\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ironmanmiami.com\" target=\"_blank\">Ironman 70.3 Miami<\/a>\u00a0triathlon.\u00a0 I was in Miami this week and drove my car along most of the bike course.\u00a0 Aside from the causeway, it&#8217;s completely flat.\u00a0 The Dixie Highway (US 1) seems to be free of potholes, etc., though I am concerned about traffic.\u00a0 According to the Ironman Miami website, traffic will be allowed, though I don&#8217;t know if that&#8217;s just cross traffic or on Dixie Highway itself.\u00a0 This &#8220;highway&#8221; is a major road with traffic lights, etc.\u00a0 It appears fairly straight on google maps, but it does have curves so it won&#8217;t be totally boring.\u00a0 The Ironman Miami website also says in one section that passing will be on the right.\u00a0 On another section it says that passing will be on the left.\u00a0 The latter would be the norm here in the states.\u00a0 My guess is they copied and pasted text from another ironman site.<\/p>\n<p>As I was in Miami on holiday I didn&#8217;t get much training done this week.\u00a0 My intention also was to video the bike course, but that didn&#8217;t work out either.\u00a0 In the end I decided that a vide of the entire bike course wouldn&#8217;t really help anyway.<\/p>\n<p>Training log:<\/p>\n<p>Swimming:\u00a0 0 Meters<\/p>\n<p>Biking:\u00a0 2 hours indoor trainer<\/p>\n<p>Running:\u00a0 0 miles<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Countdown to Ironman 70.3 Miami<\/p>\n<div class=\"read-more\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/?p=88\">Read more &#8250;<\/a><\/div>\n<p><!-- end of .read-more --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[4,7,8],"tags":[22,310,57,58,67,68,90,98,312,313],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/88"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=88"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/88\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":87,"href":"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/88\/revisions\/87"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=88"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=88"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.tomheller.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=88"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
